After having this for breakfast in hotels and posh restaurants, we decided to recreate it, especially as our little one loved coconut. Really easy to do the night before, sweet but also packed full of energy. Great topping we've had, include Blueberries, Strawberry and Mint, Mixed Berries, Nuts, Lavender, Sweet Spices and Desiccated Coconut. The overnight mix can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days
