What we used to affectionately call "Carote" when we were younger, this is a family favourite and a crowd pleaser. Unseasoned, it's perfect for kids, though check the sausage you buy for their salt content. The Conchiglie pasta is a perfect pick, as they're shell shape scoop up small pockets of the sauce. This is one recipe which is even more tasty the next day.
