About Recipe

Originally made this as part of another recipe, but works amazingly well on it's own. We used the left overs to stir through some pasta and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. It was so easy to do, especially using frozen peas. It's also really nice on some toast with a poached egg for brunch. A more traditional way would be to use pine nuts rather than walnuts.
