About Recipe
I started out making a Scandinavian-influenced dish here - spelt, berries and buttermilk are such northern ingredients - but because blackberries are so loved in Georgia I went off on another tack, adding spices and late summer fruits along the way. As we use Scandi flavours, anyway in England - dill, especially - depending on what you want to serve it with. It's surprisingly good with salmon and mackerel.
