This is another classic that reminds me of my childhood - my dad used to make it all the time. I tried to recreate is with Delia Smith's yorkshire pudding recipe - which is fantastic when you make them on their own but didn't seem to have the body in a larger tin. This might be because the tin I used wasn't hot enough or the water ratio wasn't quite right. So I've upped milk and eggs in this version and that worked well.
